Certified Facilities Management Administrator (CFMA®)

The CFMA® program equips participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills in facilities management. The program covers facility operations, asset maintenance, workplace health and safety, and emerging FM technologies, providing a solid platform for effective service delivery in an emerging-market environments.

• Primer Course: Introduces the fundamentals of Facilities Management (FM), including its scope, strategic value, professional roles and industry evolution.
• Operation & Maintenance Techniques: Explores practical maintenance strategies and operational techniques that enhance asset reliability, safety, efficiency, and occupant comfort
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management in Facilities Management: Introduces the core HSE principles, emergency preparedness, compliance requirements and data-driven approach to workplace safety.
• Technology Application in Facilities Management: Provides an introduction to key FM technologies, including CMMS and IoT, and how digital tools can improve operational performance and decision-making.
